Hi everyone,
I'm back after more than a year [only had one attack last time]. Feeling panicky but took a day to recognise it. Hurt my back last week and still in a lot of pain. Doctor gave me Diazepam for it but only took 3. Don't know if the diazepam or the pain has made me feel like this. Feelings - otherworldly, tummy upset, 'am I going mad' etc.
Cuddled down in bed doing my breathing and felt better for a while. Still very odd but came here and read through the info. Maybe the pain has caused this?
Hoping I can cope at work tomorrow,
