Paranoid about CFS

I'm really sacred I will develope it. mainly because I read about it recently and that it can include a soar throat which I've had for about 2 weeks now. I worry about it everytime I feel tired or lack energy :( Please help me snap out of this. The more I worry the more symptoms I seem to develop

Just because you have a sore throat it does not in anyway mean you will develop this.

You need to change your thinking as this is just HA and most things lead to nothing like I bet this will
