I've read through all the pages and already feel I understand so much more. I even feel better about feeling sick when I get anxious - because I know why its happening. There is also a book which accompanies the web site and its cost is also in pounds sterling so easy to order.
There are a lot of hovver buttons with little information boxes with lots of useful information.
I'm seriously thinking about ordering the book, if I do I'll let you know how I get on. But the web pages alone are a great comfort and help and also very 'hit the nail on the head' this person understands my thoughts at least - fully.
