Diarrhea and rectal pain

For a couple of weeks now I have been getting diarrhea quite bad and now I am getting rectal pains and I always have an urge to go to the toilet. I can't get to the doctors until Thursday. Does anyone know what this is.

Could be any number of things from IBS to colitis! Also, anxiety plays a role in bowel habits so if you've been anxious recently, this can cause diarrhoea/urges.

Yeah, my BM's have been odd for a while, I've had IBS for years and it flares up depending on how stressed I've been feeling. I try to stick to the same "regular" sort of food, because I know certain things can bring it on too. Make sure you drink lots of water to stay hydrated.
