Been depression/anxiety sufferer for over 20 yrs had a bout of depersonalization in 2004 then again from august last year.....just feel whats the point and just cannot get myself out of this black cloud....lots of personal issues disabled son, daughter with mental health issues lots of baggage from abusive childhood and partners, have lupus and always seem to be ill every week, chest infection,ear infection numerous bouts of shingles.....theres lots more to tell but don,t want to bore everyone:weep:
This time just feels so bad and i have lost interest in everything well not that i had any interests to start with have no friends and family well thats another story on it own......mother, sisters,brothers all suffer from depression/panic or drink issues, i just feel i have no one:weep:
