anxiety / depression

hya people . this is my first time on here . i have suffer`d from anxiety and depression for 4months now my life is a total mess i feel like i cant cope any more . i am on 45mg mirtazapin and 150mg quetiapin , i have lost 1 n 1/2 stone in weight . i just cant think possitive about anything , this is ruining my life , i would be grateful for any tips on how to get my life back to normality :) thankyou in advance .
