I've suffered Health anxiety and panic for over 7 years now and never been offered this medicine before. To be honest, i didn't know anything about it. After 7 years i'm just finding it all too much now and am seeing the dr tomorrow as i'm fed up with these anxiety symptoms. Can i just ask him to precribe me this? And is it a long term drug or just in the short term? I'm just desperate to have even just a small relief from my body being soaked up in adrenaline constantly :(

Any advice is muchly appreciated :)

This is the magic pill that has cured my anxiety . Along with CBT also. I was on it for just over a year , once you get it up to a level where you feel good for 6 months or so they will start to wean you off it , You are the only one who knows how you feel so do it in your own time .

Good luck

Hi,

Cit isn't quite a wonder drug, but if it work which it does for many it may seem so. Have a browse through the Cit forum and you'll get plenty of info. Don't worry about the side effects, most are mild and annoying unless you engage in "mmm..... adult pursuits" in which they can be bloody annoying (pardon my French ).

Nomorepanic is a drug in itself, as the old saying it's good to talk. A trouble shared is a troubled quartered or more.
