feels like my arms wont work sometimes, so scared :(

hey i keep gettin head pains really horrible pains and now it feels like my arms are hard to move and my fingers almost like they are lockin and feels so hard to move them and to pick things up ect because my arms and fingers feel so heavy almost numb its horrible :( im scared its somethin neurological :( anyone else had this?? :weep: xx

Its Tension in muscles from anxiety., caused by all the adrenaline

I have had that a few times, my fingers feel really stiff. Also, I have had pins and needles a few times.

me too jakesmummy05 i always get them in my fingers and it freaks me out :( i literally really stuggle to move my arms sometimes ans what with the head pains its so scary :( xx
