Neuralgia/nerve pain

I have horrible pains in my arms, legs, feet, its scaring me :weep: I know its nerve pain as it reminds me of toothache but its in other parts of my body, could this be anxiety, I am under alot of stress at the moment, waiting for test results etc and this is a fairly new symptom.

I get this type of migrating nerve pain too. I have had it for years. I am told anxiety and stress can cause it. Good luck and take care.

Thanks for your reply, hoping it is another thing to put down to anxiety
