Gut pain & nausea 24/7

I am now 10 weeks with this severe intestinal cramps and nausea and today it is off the charts. It all started with a diet change and huge stress over the effects of the diet. I have consulted two GI docs and they say it does not match IBS or organic problems.

This is so bad now it is disabling. Anyone else had this severe cramps and nausea from anxiety....Damn!!!

ohhh yes ,,to the point ive been up all night rocking,,sweat pouring off me not at all nice ,,what have you taken for it,,i found colpermin a help,,pepermin capsule,,baby gripe water that brings up wind ,,hot cups of tea do the same thing,,i also lie on my belly that brings the wind up or most embarrasing down,,but then i just blame the dogs ,,lol

I dont have gas just cramps and nausea not even IBS sympotoms
