sweating!!! does anyone get this

god you are probably all sick of me by now , but i was just wondering if anyone else gets drips off sweat under their arms for no reason at all i will be sitting here in front of the pc and i'll have sweat dripping out of me i'm not even doing any exercise ........

Kiss, it is very hot at the moment, also you are in a high state of anxiety, you are bound to sweat, try not to focus on it, think of being in a cool place, try visualising something to make you relax rather than panicing. Some people sweat more than others, it is hot, you are anxious I think you know this so please don't worry about it, try and distract your self.

With anxiety , your metabolism increases and thus you are using more energy and by products of using energy are toxins that are excreted by sweating.

i hope i can also be a help to you i now no the sweating is just anxiety and everytime i think otherwise i can just come back and read your replys
