i feel like im going mad walking about in a daze every day it seems to get worse ive had this for 2 years now is this deperanalitation or am i going mad tingling all the time dizzy sick of all of this

Hiya Elvin take a look at my post on my initial symptoms that I had when I was diagnosed, I was in a daze too, nothing felt real, the tingling is due to the central nervous system (my GP informed me of this a few days ago), I was desperate for answers as I knew I couldnt carry on like I was, I was getting so sick of it and fed up, finally got a diagnosis of severe anxiety and depression xx Let me know if I can help anymore but check out my symptoms list in this section xx
