I saw my gp a week ago regarding my heavy periods, he ran some bloods and it showed my ferritin low at 19, FBC was all fine except my neutrophils were 1.6 and white cell count at 3.5. Gp wasn't concerned, he said I've had this in the past and it's gone back up, and as the rest of fbc is normal I shouldn't worry.
Since last weekend I've had bad tiredness. My eyes feel so heavy, like I could sleep all day. Some days are worse than others, it seems to hit me worse at the weekends I've noticed.
Should I be worried or is gp right that it's just my ferritin lebel causing me to feel tired? I can't help but feel concerned because my neutrophils were low, gp said not to worry at all.
