Pins and Needles

I have started getting pins and needles in my hands and sometimes feet when I am trying to go to sleep or resting, not during the day when I am active.

Is this an anxiety thing?

Hi,
I can't say for sure, but as you know pins and needles can be an anxiety symptom. Do you think you get more anxious when at rest?
Do you get very cold hands and feet? If so I suppose it could be circulation.
