Tremor ?

Hi, i was just wondering if anyone has a tremor from thier anxiety?
My head seems to shake all the time and my hands.
Hope it is an anxiety symptom and not something else.

Hi sarah. yes i got the terrible tremmors, could'nt put my make up on straight, looked like alice cooper, but they did go.....but a common symptom of anxiety x

Yes, 12 years ago a head tremor started my HA.

Had various tests and it turned out to be the muscles in my neck and shoulders so tense and going into spasm. It eventually calmed down as my anxiety did.

Thanks for the reasurance guys, i think your right about it being anxiety. I do tense my shoulders and neck alot and clench my teeth so its prob that too.

Hi..... I've recently had tingling like vibrations in my face, mouth and head... think its anxiety....

I also catch myself clenching my teeth and tensing my shoulders..

I'm new here and I'm amazed by how many people have symptoms like mine

Yes its definatly Anxiety and especially if you havnt had enough sleep i was worried myself but after a good nights sleeps and trying to forget about it it just dissapears.
