daily life seems to get too tiring to handle. I know I should get good sleep, but I am obsessed with something or the other and keep working very late. Inspite of knowing what are the dos and dont, it seems incredibly hard to follow them consistenty. I am jealous of those who can either manage it well, or do not have the problem at all.

I know what you mean. I managed to cut right back at work when my anxiety was really bad, but I'm feeling better now and I've noticed I'm working more and more again and started working through my lunch hour again. Like you I know I shouldn't but the work is there and needs doing. I'm not sure what the answer.
