Side Effects: did anyone get them when upping dose?

Simple question: when upping dose did any of you get side effects, and what were they?

Hi yep i got heightened anxiety mostly, nausea and sweaty :blush: xx

Me too. I upped my dose about a week ago and the last couple of days I have had palpatations, really tired and don't want to do anything and have heartburn (not sure if this is because of cit). Just hope it passes soon. Good luck to you too x

Hey thanks for the replies and insight.

Twice now I've had a sudden slight lightheadedness, and a hot flush all over me.
Been upped about two weeks or so.

I upped my dose from 20mg to 40mg a few months ago and all I got was that spaced out feeling for a day or two.. feel much better now ive increased!

Had been on 20mg for a couple of months, upped to 30mg about 4 weeks ago. Had no side effects when I moved up (had a really hard time with side effects when I started on 20mg so perhaps I'd run out of side effects by then!)
