Newbie.. depression & self harm

Hi,

I'm Tabi and to put it bluntly, I'm scared.

I've been self harming and suffering from depression for 6-7 years, in the past 2 years it has gotten quite a bit worse and i don't know what to do.
I'm scared that one day the self harming and spells of depression are going to take over and i wont be able to handle it any more.

I guess I'm just hoping that this website will be able to help me in some way.
