Increased from 10mg to 20mg - help

Hi all,

I have been advised by my GP to increase my cit from 10mg to 20mg.

I've been taking 20mg for the last 4 days.

I feel as sick as a dog - as I suffer with emetophobia, it's not ideal :weep:

Is it normal? How long will it last?

Its completely normal and will pass very soon, with every increase come the dreaded side effects but fortunatly they don't last too long xx
