lump in throat :(

hey guys so today i have felt exhausted i mean really tired and just wobbly and weird anyway earlier all of a sudden i felt a huge lump in my throat and when i swallowed i could feel the lump go down then pop up again, it felt like i had a sweet in my throat also when i swallow i get like a popin feelin and noise :( so worried :( i have had a cold and got a huge cold sore so think im run down but the way i have felt today has freaked me out so tired and feel weird, i feel so ill :( xx

I've had the lump in the throat sensation - classic anxiety symptom and it's caused by the the throat muscles contracting and being tense. It's nothing serious and it wont affect your breathing it will go away if you can stop thinking about it (I know it's hard)
