Hi everyone.
Last night I had only been asleep for an hour or so and i abruptly awoke feeling very odd indeed.
First off, I couldn't feel my arm so assumed I had layed on it funny. But along with that I had the sensation I'd been flailing my arms and legs around.
I was shaking and sweating and when I got up for a glass of water I felt like I might pass out.
My heart was also beating harder than ever.
I tried to go back to sleep but everytime I did, my arms felt heavy and as though my arms were going to move on their own accord however weird that sounds.
I also had the sensation of not knowing where i was.
I'm scared to sleep tonight in case it happens again...does anyone think this is something to worry about? A seizure or something?
