had big pupils all day

Hi, i have had big pupils all day i first noticed when i looked in the mirror and it felt really werid looking at myself like it!!

Is this a symptom for anxiety/panic attacks coz i am scared at the moment as this has ever happen before!!! i do not take meds and i havent smoked or drunk!!!

Does anyone know why im getting this

I get big pupils , my friends used to joke I looked high :)
It's just anxiety and adrenaline has you on super alert mode , you your pupils dialte to look out for the imaginary danger .

I get big pupils at times, and the more i panic about it the bigger i've noticed they've become so deffinately think its anxiety and the adrenaline going round.
