HELP - Very Worried

Hi,
I was getting out of my car earlier this evening and the belt buckle on my coat hit me under my eye, to the left.
A little bump has come up, it's a bit red, but it looks more like a spot.
What I should mention is I have Body Dysmorphic Disorder and I am terrified at the way it looks.
I'm also supposed to be going away with my girlfriend on
Friday and am terrified it won't have disappeared by then.
This kind of thing makes me extremely self-conscious.
I could try concealer, which I've done before, but then I'm worried everyone will notice that.
I'm shitting myself that my romantic weekend away together will now be ruined and she'll ditch me.
Do I put some ice on it? Or will that make it go worse?
