So thoughts cause anxiety, and then anxiety cause the continuing thoughts and symptons?
I mean i know our negative and sometimes scary thoughts and worry cause the anxious feelings... but then the continuing anxiety we feel causes the thoughts to keep coming too!!
I mean i have to keep blaming the continued rubbish thoughts i get on 'oh its just my anxiety'...(as i dont believe there is anthing physically causing it)
When does at least one of them stop (the anx or the thoughts) so we can actually get better!!!!
