Sore heartbeat

Recently when I get really nervous I get slow painful heartbeats, when I relax they disappear, I exercise and have no heartbeat pain. Is this anxiety linked or my vagus as I suffer from reflux. Appreciate advice thank you.

I think it sounds like strong palpitations, mine feel like that sometimes until I calm down x
