Hi,
quick resume, been on ADs for almost 3 years, citalopram then sertraline, now mitazapine. Switchover was OK until I stopped sertraline and went on 45mg at night last Monday. Wednesday had to come home from work, just couldn't cope. stayed inbed for 36 hours. Today I'm getting dizzy spells and this sort of zzzuuuuzing sound in my head,shaking, stuttering,can't think straight. Feeling desperately bad, feel like bursting into tears or doing something stupid. Any advice gratefully received.
