classic sign of anxiety, im same atm and ive got a bad cold making me even more breathless ,it does pass it wont hurt you hope it goes away soon for you xx

Yup me to today, along with extreme disorientation and sight anomolies. I have to drive a long way in the snow later and so am putting it down to anxiety about the drive.

I get this ALOT! Are you breathing through your chest or your stomach? This is a big cause for my anxiety feelings, feeling breathless, palipitations, etc.
