Basically everyone in my house including me has been ill this week, in fact so has everyone at my college.
My own symptoms have been a poorly stomach and then I didn't go for 3 days but I have a poorly stomach again. And mainly headaches and extreme tiredness and general achiness.
But I've also had this pain in my right side below my ribs but above my belly button and also in the right side of my bacl which has been bearable but is just worrying me now. I've had it fr about 4 days and it's really scaring me now as Im a complete hypochondriac. I've had no loss of appetite but I can't understand what it is?
Please help!

The pain isn't always present it comes and goes but most of the time it's fine and when it's not there I feel fine.
