Painful/stiff neck?

Hi again

Apologies for the amount of posts just lately.
Anyone get/got a persistent painful or stiff neck while on their Citalopram (or with anxiety in general)? I've even got aching shoulders like I've pulled something or trapped a nerve!

I have had this constantly for the last few weeks, doc says its all tension which makes sense. I have started 10mg of citalopram this morning.
