im 18 years of age so this shouldnt be a problem but it is.

for the past few months i have noticed i dont get morning erections anymore. at first i thought it was just a st bage but the longer it has gone the more worried i have gotten

Also recently i have noticed its becoming increasingly difficulty getting and maintaining an erection whether that would be having sexual interaction with my girlfriend or watching porn (so it cant be performance anxiety). Nothing seems to work and now im convinced i have erectile dsyfunction or could it be anxiety related

Anxiety never helps a boner, I tell you :)

If you're worried though consult a doc, I know its embarrasing but they're professionals :P

Lou , Maybe there would be something wrong with you if you were "getting a hard on" in the circumstances.

Like Someoddworld, said, anxiety doesn't help. And so if you are anxious then, it is almost natural not to "get a hard on"

The more you worry, the more it will decrease, so to speak.

I reckon long before the frequencey of erections dropped you were already worrying.

I wouldn't rule out medication ....that can interfere negatively with erections ...except Viagra and other such meds' of course.

Doesn't sound like you have anything to worry about specifically concerning erections though. Hope this helps , Good luck.

Lou go and see your GP because they will do some tests to ensure it is not something like diabetes. They see men every day with this same problem and yes you might feel embarrassed but that's what they are there for. Once any possible underlying medical issues have been ruled out, they'll advise you on lifestyle (exercise, diet etc) or mental health (stress etc.). As others have said above, this really is a catch 22 situation because the more you worry about it the worse it gets. It only takes a moment of doubt/worry to creep in and your performance is gone. And in the worse case scenario impotence is successfully treated these days with medication.

Some good advice here, I'm not sure how this applies to a 39yr old on propranolol but I get the same thing. Soz can't help, I was looking and searching for an answer myself. Hope it works out so to speak.
