Waiting results scared stupid

Hi
Been suffering with health anxiety since losing my mum and dad.
But for the last year I have had one symptom after another
Dizziness
Palpitations
Noisy popping stomach
Itchy blotchy skin
Been ack and forth doctors had chest X-ray bloods antibody test MRI of my head
And nothing . Went to dermatologist recently about my skin and he looked concerned and said I want you to do 24 hr urine test
When got home googled it and oh my god it o
Is testing for a canoid tumour
Totally freaked out now and may have to wait weeks for results as it has to o to London
Anyone else done one of these test

Sorry, I don't have any experience of this test but I do know what it's like waiting for results. If your doctor thought it was something serious, he/she would have told you. You say the doctor looked concerned. In my experience, this is the only look they have.

Your results will be what they'll be (chances are, they'll be fine) so worrying won't change that. I know it's easier said than done but try to stay calm and relax when you get the chance.
