Hi everyone. This week, as I work mostly from home, I haven't spent alot of time with people due to work schedules etc and I kind of get used to being on my own. Today I had to go into my work and was around lots of people for most of the day and I sort of felt detached from them or something. It was like I'm so used to being on my own then when I was around people I had that disassociation feeling, is this familiar to anyone?
Also I've kind of had a pain on the left side of my head/face, I can't tell exactly where it is but whenever I bent down and stood up it would hurt. Not sure if it's my jawbone because I've just started eating again on that side after a tooth extraction! I'm not especially worried it's just annoying.
