Bladder Spasms last night - HA/Citalopram/IC or something else?

Last night I had bladder spasms while trying to get to sleep. I vagely remembering having this once before when I was stressed.
I am worried as I googled and it says it can be a sign of a brain tumour, but surely if it was I would have it this morning?! I don't so wondered if it was anxiety, the citalopram I started last week or interstital cystisis which can be caused by stress?

I had this one night about a week or do ago, freaked me out! The next day I drank lots of cranberry juice and water too and haven't had it since, not sure if that was a coincidence but may be worth trying?
