anxiety is so high at the moment

Its no fair im being acused of something i havent done and cant prove it, it has had a huge impact on my job and career!! im a mess, trying to fight it but dont know if im strong enough to get through this mess. Its just causing me loads of anxiety, stress and worry and im scared.
