I seem to have different methods at different times that help me when I'm feeling bad.

At the moment distraction and pushing through that Anxiety 'wall' is the way.

If I find myself focusing too much on myself, breathing, heartbeat, physical feelings etc, I am getting up and doing literally anything to distract myself.

It certainly seems to be helping at the moment, what do you guys do to distract yourself?

Have tried all sorts of distraction therapy...sometimes helps, sometimes not but it's always worth a go when going into panic mode. Reading, singing, housework, TV, anything to stop me focusing on my physical symptoms really :)
