I went to bed early because I'm tired , well hours later I'm still here trying to sleep.
I've a stupid headache , it's on my forehead , top of head , and either side of my ears .
I think it's tension , maybe coming from my neck or caused by my TMJ.
I'm so fed up , it hurts more if I move .
Been lying here all night long n now I'm just bored and tired and starting to get very fed up .
The headache hadn't eased up at all :(
Also have a wee bit of an ache in my right nostril , not sure if it's related .
Noise nakes my head hurt so much worse.
It's not a migraine thank god , but scared it'll turn into one.
There's not much I can do really but lye here :(
Being tired too makes my anxiety sooo much worse.
Ugh how much longer is this pain going to last :(
