Head symptom

Hi can anyone tell me if head shock and head tremors are the same.I have this little shocks now and then in my head that make me jolt then can have a large tremor that makes me have tpo hold on to something to steady myself.:) i do have ear problems aswell .

I think they are the different sensations caused by the same things, tension and over thinking about the sensation. Horrible but harmless.:hugs:
