pain in the neck!!!!

woke up this moring and was fine about an hour later my neck on the left side started to hurt, feels stiff and cant turn it fast. I am guessing its a stiff neck as maybe iv slept funny but my mind keeps running wild thinking its something serious. So now left side of face keeps going numb and left arm heavy.... any advice??? i hate this

Sounds like you slept in an awkward position and now you are fixated on it which makes it ten times worse. Give it a day or two and it should sort itself out. x

You can get all those symptoms with anxiety as well as other reasons.

I would try not to worry and just get some nice warm heat on the neck and see if it eases.
