Freaking out!

Ok - yet another thing for me to worry about! I went out last night and probably drank more than I should have done. This morning I coughed up mucus from my throat (sorry to be gross) and it had blood in it. WHY???? Knowing me, I would usually presume the worst and immediately think lung cancer but I had a chest CT scan last month and everything was normal.
If I put this into google I know some horrible things will come up so I will try not to.
Could this just be the result of partying too hard? I really don't want another thing to worry about and I can't go to the doctor again - I was only there last week!

it cpuld have been blood from strainin your throat when coughin hun and seems most likely but see your gp no point worryin yourself, dont worry about only seein your doctor last week its there job to see people and reasure them xx
