Last year I had issues with going too often to the toilet like 3-6 times per day but over the last 12 months its eased back and the urgency has gone. However in the past two days I've not been so im anxious about that..also worry about urination issues always focused on my toilet symptoms. Is it normal to go less too? I feel more relaxed when out too so is my IBS easing in a way? I get cramps and feelings I need but can go days without going now? :shrug:
