Why can't it leave me alone!!

Had a really bad weekend thinking allsorts cause i had a headache! Well i've been okish since weekend till today, I've got a sore throat and now im thinking the worse, my tongue feels sore, i had ear ache at weekend,

I'm just making my self feels worse thinking omg i've got throat cancer, I've got the symptoms,But then i'm thinking have i got the symptoms or is it my head saying i have !?

I've a;ready been to the doctors this week, so can't go again! :( Think they might start charging me soon fgs :( someone please help me x

I was told by a doctor that throat cancer very rarely presents as a sore throat. Usually it is painless and you lose your voice or something. If you get a sore throat from throat cancer, you would have other symptoms by now that were more severe.
