Freaking Out

Can anyone give me some advice.

I have had a dull ache at the bottom of my head on the right side and a neck ache all day and now the ache is sometimes getting sharper and my eyes have gone a little blood shot so worried this is an anurysm or brain tumour my boyfriend thinks its just a stress headache but i dont. Do you think i need to go to hospital im so scared

sounds like muscle tension to me ...and it is horrible .:mad:

When we are stressed the muscles in our neck tense and all sorts of horrible symptoms come up .......shooting pains ,funny headaches ....vision disturbance .
Bloodshot eyes are so not tumour .
horrible though I know when we are scared .
you will be fine ......get a hot bath and steep your neck or put microwave wrap on . Relax ............:hugs:
