Today I had a crossiant, a southerrn fried chicken wrap, grapes, an apple, jacket potato +cheese and beans + salad

but when i had the jacket i forgot i had promoised my aunt id have dinner then so i had lasanga.

Ive ate so much today and I feel terrible for it now.

Ive been on an hours walk and went swimming yesterday But i still feel so terrible.

Emma it's just one day, youve done it now so just forget it and eat well tomorrow and go for a long walk or something :yesyes:

Ok thank you.
I went for a long walk today and swimming yesterday so i suppose it could of been worse and i could of done nothing :D

Well there you go then, its fine and also at least it wasnt a load of chocolate and cream cakes and there was some fruit in there too!

Thanks. Yer at least it was healthy stuff except for the chocolate milk shake from mcdonalds lol.
Two pints of water, a pint of orange juice, a coffee and a latte.
I tell you what my tummy will pay for it tommorow. Never again lol x

i also went through a phase were i are next to nothing each day (a sandwich and dinner) each day and lost two stone.
part of me wants to live of as little as poss for a month and do it again! but im scared i'll collaspe.

I guess somewhere in between the 2 extremes is ideal. Not a good idea to eat as little as poss, and not good to eat loads and loads either. I can relate, I have a terrible relationship with food and eat all the wrong things.
Try writing a food diary, write down literally everything you eat over the next week or so and then read it after. No need to change anything, just go about your life as normal but write it all down. Sometimes awareness of our habits is half the battle.

just threw up a little and not feeling quite right now, sore tummy etc really so of to bed for a rest now! :)
