Hi All
I'm Antony, from Kent. I have suffered with some form of health anxiety for over 20 years. I find that i tend to suffer in 3-5 year cycles, in between which time I am ok. Currently going through a very poor patch following numerous work/life pressures which have somatised themselves physically. Being an HR specialist, it is part of my work remit to assit in this very subject matter; which is great for others, but hopeless for me, as i take alot of convincing! At present I am pre-occupied with so many conditions I am ashamed to list them. Of course, beyond the psychological, the med professionals say i am an exceptionally fit and healthy 43 year old! But we never believe them do we?!
Anxiety is an awful thing to suffer with and I would like to contribute to the forum as much as take from it. As I mentioned, being in HR I do have significant knowledge and experience in terms of occupational health, counselling and employment law. Tap me for it, I would be more than happy to help.
