is this a stroke or brain tumor

hi everyone, since yesterday i been getting really bad headache top left side it has now moved to all over head. neck pain in left arm leg and face. feel weird all heavy tired. feeling weak andsick. no sluured speach can lift both arms just scared.

I would pop and see the doc and get checked over so you can be reassured for the weekend

Strokes typically happen pretty quickly - within 30 minutes or so. Since it's been going on a day and you're essentially fine (aside from pain) I don't think it's a stroke.

I doubt it's a brain tumor, either - they're pretty rare and I think the symptoms would be different. It could just be a really bad headache; when I get migraines sometimes it makes my entire body hurt.

However, it wouldn't hurt to see a doctor, if only for peace of mind. They may be able to prescribe you something for the pain as well.
