anyone else scared of being ill?

I feel like a wuss, i have a sore throat coming, whic is affrcting my whole insides, i feel achy, my bowels feel bad,. All started off with sinus playing up.
Im so scared and just wanna cry. I never used to be like this, i used to get viral infections every month and tonsillitus and it never botherd me, now even a cold gets me scared.

My mum going away for weekend and i hate being on own when feeling ill. I dread getting diareah and sickness while on own, i've never been sick but someday it gotto happen out the blue right?,

My head feels like exploding too, i don't wanna take anything for whatever it is i got, (it's not a proper sore throat yet just tickly throat) scared incase any med makes me worse.
Thinking of taking berroca viitamins but darnt, even though i taken them before,
My diet has been awful this year, choc (not spose to have dairy) /cakes/ biscuits,. No healthy eating, maybe that's made my immune system crap.

i always suddenly feel worse when my mum goes away. just sounds like you have a virus tho ..chin up and take a paracetamol or 2. here to chat if you want..i have full expireneces :) xx

Thanks, i don't understand how the bowel can be affected when it's the throat that's the problem, already feel the shakes coming on, probs cos i'm worried. Right now my throat is getting worse,and bowels rumbling.
Don't know anyone my age who is scared of a virus or cold,

sometimes virus's do that, i get terribley achey in my abdomemen if i have a virus, some times i can be really crampy. i think your worrying prob has alot to do with how your body is reacting .... xxx how old are you? im 32and like i said i still get anxious when my mum goes away ;)

26, have anxiety disorder so stucj at home all the time, i feel abit crampy too. Hoping it will pass soon.
