tingling/pins and needles

Since getting the all clear from the drs about my blood results..i havent been half as anious...so can anyone explain why does my foot/fetingling...sort of like pins and needles...i know its nothing serious just winder why..thanxet keep

I have been having this on and off today. I had it for 2 weeks then it went away now its back again today. Mainly in my hands.

Its so annoying esp when u think ya not worrying then it comes on...then ya start worrying even though ya know ya ok

yep ....... vicious cycle , try not think about it , wingle your toes and work it off , or place them on a cold floor it usually helps
