Scared!

Hi everyone, been a really rough time with anxiety. Lots of doctor visits, new meds old meds etc. still have my daily headache and left sided tingling. Doctors said its caused by stress and my anxiety! Seen 3 docs lol over the past two weeks. Has anyone else experienced this please?

Yep, try not to worry to much, i use to clench my jaw together alot so the tension use give me daily headaches try relaxing your shoulders and jaw they might ease off :)

Thanks, the tingling worries me but have to accept it is anxiety
