Head pressure

The past few days I've had a head pressure and feels like a squeezing when I be down like a queasy feeling. I've got the cold and not slept great past few days could that affect it? I'm getting anxious over it.. :blush:

perhaps its your nose ,,bunged up noses can cause that tight sore feeling in the head,,have you an oil burner and some olbas oil,,if youve no oil burner sprinkle some on a nearby radiator ,,the smell will help clear your nose ,,stay warm and plenty of fruit and fluids :hugs:

I get alot of head pressure with my anxiety. It also goes into my neck. Just remember that it is your anxiety causing it so there is no need to get anxious about it. Try to break that cycle.
