Hi all just want to say think iv made it through my P.T.S.D now even though its took a long time but think iv made it back to who i was before i went through this so im sure we all can get through it and a big thanks to no more panic and others who i spoke to on here as use have been there to help as well as the doctors to get me where i am now. im feeling really good about things now as you will see what i went through on my posts. so good luck to all and il be happy to try and help use the best way i can to help others :yesyes: so il pop on now and again to see how use all get on and if use want pm me and il answer the best way i can
